  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Finely sliced ginger 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 12 cup
  • white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Green chili 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp
  • Fried rice 1 cup
  • Green chili 5-6
  • Spring onion 2
  • For Marination:
  • Chicken 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Take 1 cup boiled rice (without salt) and fry them till golden. Leave aside.

  2. Take chicken, add salt, sugar, corn flour, white pepper and mix well. Leave to marinate.

  3. In a pan heat oil and stir fry ginger.

  4. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock and cook.

  5. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry.

  6. When chicken is cooked, add the rest of the chicken stock, white pepper, lemon juice, salt, sugar, tabasco sauce and mix. Simmer for a while.

  7. Add fried rice and mix.

  8. When ready, takeout in a serving bowl.

  9. Garnish with chopped green chili and spring onion and serve.
