Ingredients

  • Green Tea 1 tbsp
  • Water 4 cups
  • Cardamom 4
  • Baking soda a pinch
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Sugar to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan put water and boil. 

  2. Put green tea and cook until remain half in quantity.

  3. Now add 1 cup more water cook more.

  4. Add cardamom and soda cook again then add milk and cook until turn into pink colour.

  5. Serve immedietly with almonds and pistachio.

  2. Naina, the sugar is added in the serving cup according to taste. I can't understand why you tea didn't turn pink. Try using a good quality green tea brand like "Tapal".
