  • Tiger prawns 300 gm
  • Hoisin sauce 50 gm
  • Shallot 20 gm
  • Capsicum red 15 gm
  • Green bell pepper 20 gm
  • Chilli oil 15 gm
  • Minced garlic 5 gm
  • Minced ginger 5 gm
  • Leeks 25 gm
  • Chicken stock 150 gm
  • Dried long chilli 3 gm
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash and clean the prawns and set aside.

  2. Heat the wok and pour in the oil.

  3. Saute minced ginger, garlic, and dry chilli for five seconds.

  4. Add prawns and stir for 15 seconds over low flame.

  5. Add the remaining vegetables and toss.

  6. Pour hoising sauce and chicken stock and let it boil.

  7. Simmer for about one minute; add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Garnish with leeks.
