In a bowl mix together mince, gram flour, crushed coriander, pomegranate seeds, crushed red pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt.
Finely chop tomatoes, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Add vegetables in the mince mixture.
Then add egg and butter. Mix very well.
Form large patties with the mince mixture.
Then fry in a large griddle until golden brown.

Chef zakir I love the taste of those chaplis but while drying my kebabs fell apart in the pan!! I followed the recipe to the letter but dnt know where I want wrong...please correct me.
Hafsa, you can try but Chapli Kabab is made with beef.
