  • Dough
  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Water to knead

Cooking Directions

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.

  2. Put all purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl and knead with water cover to make a smooth dough.

  3. Now add herbs in dough and knead again.

  4. Make longitudinal shape to dough and leave for half hour.

  5. Grease tray with oil place bread on tray brush with beaten egg on bread.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or insert skewer comes out clean.
