Many people like to eat omelet in breakfast and off course they like variation in it. Chef Gulzar Hussain has made healthy omelet to please such people. Olives are used in it with egg white. Best to serve with plain bread or brown bread.

  • Egg white 4
  • Green chilli chopped 2 to 3
  • Olive slices ½ cup
  • Brown bread 5 to 6 slice
  • Spring onion chopped 2 to 3 sticks
  • Ginger paste ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix black pepper crushed, salt, turmeric, egg white, green chilli chopped, sticks spring onion and ginger paste.

  2. Now add 2 to 3 tbsp of lukewarm milk.

  3. In a pan, pour olive oil and heat well.

  4. Now spread batter on pan and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.

  5. Now pour water on edges.

  6. When smoke starts to come, switch off the flame and dish it out and serve with brown bread.
