  • Raw peanuts 1/2 kg
  • Gram flour (besan) 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat spice as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a bowl and mix gram flour, salt and black pepper in it.

  2. Add water and make a thick mixture.

  3. Now add peanuts.

  4. Deep fry in oil till crisp and golden.

  5. Sprinkle chaat spice on it and serve hot.
