For Bolognese Sauce:
Heat oil add onion and fry for few minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste, carrots and minced chicken.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, tomato paste and 1 cup of water, cover and cook till the minced chicken is tender.
For Cheese Sauce:
In a pan put together butter, flour, milk, stock, cheddar cheese, mustard powder, salt and black pepper powder.
Cook till it thickens.
Separately, boil the lasagna sheets and keep aside.
Line the base of an oven proof dish with 4 lasagna sheets top with Bolognese sauce.
Repeat layer ending with lasagna sheets, pour the cheese sauce over.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Lastly spread chopped mushrooms and oregano leaves on top.
Bake for 15 minutes till cheese melts.
Serve hot.
