Heat 2 tbsps. oil and add the mustard seeds and chana dal.
When dal is browned, add the finely chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
Cook till onions are slightly golden in colour, then put in the potatoes,
turmeric powder and salt and cook for 5-10 minutes.
