It is characterized by its velvety feel. It is generally easy to prepare. A easy high protein recipe to move your taste-buds. Mixing is the primary method of making mixed seafood pasta.   • Fish Fillets 300 gm
  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 400 gm
  • Chopped Coriander Or Parsley 1/2 bunch
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • For Pasta:
  • Pasta 1 pack
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Tomato Sauce:
  • Tomato Puree 1 cup
  • Onion 1 crushed
  • Tomatoes 3 crushed
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp crushed
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For White Sauce:
  • Butter 1cup
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Stock 1/2 liter
  • Fine Flour 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add fish fillets, prawns, paprika, garlic paste, lemon juice, corn flour, crushed black pepper, oregano and salt, mix it properly to marinate and fry.

  2. Tomato Sauce: Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, garlic paste and tomatoes and fry.

  3. Then add tomato puree, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt, keep frying until the sauce thickens.

  4. When sauce gets nice and thick, dish out.

  5. Tomato sauce is ready.

  6. White Sauce: In a pan add butter and fine flour, little sauté both things.

  7. Then slowly pour in milk while mixing.

  8. Then add stock, salt to taste and black pepper, cook it until it thickens.

  9. White Sauce is ready.

  10. Pasta: Boil water in a pan.

  11. Now add pasta, oil and salt, boil for 8 to 10 minutes.

  12. Drain and rinse in cold water.

  13. Now drizzle some oil on the pasta to keep it from sticking.

  14. Baked Sea Food Pasta: In a baking tray spread half of the pasta, pour half of the white sauce, half of prawn over it, fish, tomato sauce and half mozzarella cheese.

  15. Repeat the process again and baked in a oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.

  16. Then dish out and garnished with parsley and coriander.
