  • Fresh coconut (grated) 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • For Bhagar:
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red chilies (2 pieces) 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend fresh coconut, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves and yogurt in a blender. Blend well.

  2. Heat up oil in a pan. Fry curry leaves, mustard seeds and whole red chili.

  3. Fry for 1 minute and pour over blended chutney.
