  • Garlic 2 cloves sliced round fried golden brown and drained on tissue paper
  • Dried Chillies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Spring onions 2 (just the leaves) finely chopped
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Rice Boiled 2 cups
  • Garlic 1 clove finely chopped
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Fish floss
  • Corriander to garnish 1 tbsp finely chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add the chillies and fry for 1 minute or till they crackle then add the garlic and green onion

  2. Saute it for a minute and add the rice toss to mix well and heat the rice through.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and soya sauce and paprika.

  4. Now serve on a platter and garnish with fried garlic and corriander.

  5. You can sprinkle some fish floss if you on top too before serving.
