  • Potato boiled 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Mint leaves
  • For Baghar:
  • Whole red chillies
  • Curry leaves 4-5
  • Cummin seed 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl pour in yogurt and beat.

  2. Cut potatoes in cubes, cucumber, onion, tomatoes and chop up mint leaves, add all these ingredients to the yogurt.

  3. Add black pepper and salt mix well.

  4. For Baghar: heat oil put cummin seed, whole red chillies, curry leaves pour baghar over prepared raita.
