Baked Cheese Rice

Combine curd, chicken, black pepper, salt, water, Cheese powder, chili sauce, ketchup, garlic and marinate for 45 minutes.

Combine salt, baking powder, flour, Crushed black pepper and Cheese powder to make coating.

Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the flour, leave for an hour.

Repeat the coating twice and then fry.

In oil sauthe’ spring onion and add rice to boil them.

Combine mayonnaise, chopped onion, garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice and mix well.

Pre heat oven on 180 centigrade.

In an oven proof dish make a layer of boiled rice with spring onion.

Then layer with the fried chicken pieces.

Drizzle mayonnaise seasoning, chili sauce and ketchup on the chicken chunks.

Again make a layer of rice and drizzle mayonnaise seasoning.

Make layer of chicken chunks.

Cover the whole dish properly with the cheddar cheese slices on the top.

Then put dish in the oven for 10- to 12 minutes.

Takeout the dish when the cheese melts completely.

Serve hot.
