Ingredients

  • Puffed rice 3 cups
  • Potato 1 medium (boiled)
  • Tortilla crisps (Papri) 8 (crushed)
  • Sev 1 cup
  • Tamarind chutney ½ cup
  • Chat spice 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coriander chutney 3 tbsp
  • Raw mango 3 tbsp (peel and sliced)
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Onion 4 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together puffed rice, sev, tortilla crisps, potatoes, onion, raw mongo, coriander leaves, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, lemon juice, salt and chaat spice.

  2. Mix well and serve immediately.
