Wash the fish and dry properly.
Cut into medium sized pieces.
Grind garlic and ginger in to a fine paste.
Mix all the ground ingredients, color, salt and red chili powder into yogurt.
Apply to the fish pieces.
Keep aside for one hour.
Stick on iron rod.
Then put on medium flame of Charcoal grill.
Turn them frequently or gill until nicely browned.
Serve with mint chutney and rice.
