It may sound strange mostly we hear about chocolate cookies;but it is really good, as it’s very simple and fun to putting the icing on top no doubt "its yummy absolutely delicious irresistible chocolate biscuits."

Ingredients

  • Flour 125 gm
  • Caster sugar 75 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 150 gm
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • For chocolate icing:
  • Icing sugar 50 gm
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Method for Icing: Cook icing sugar,coco powder and water together for 2 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat.

  3. Icing is ready to use.

  4. Method for Biscuits: Beat butter and sugar.

  5. Then add egg , beat again.

  6. Fold in sieved flour, coco powder and baking powder mixture, mix slightly to form into a soft dough.

  7. Put mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe biscuits on a baking tray.

  8. Press the center of biscuit and baked in a pre heated oven 180 degree C for 12 -15 minutes.

  9. Remove, cool and top with icing.
