Golden Nuggets

In a chopper, chop together boneless chicken, spring onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, chinese salt and garlic cloves.

Add black pepper, salt and mustard paste.

Mix well and make nuggets of the mixture.

Now dip the shaped nuggets in lightly beaten eggs and coat them with golden bread crumbs.

Now deep fry in hot oil till done.

After frying take it on absorbent paper and serve hot.
