Ingredients

  • Prawns 1 packet
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Spring onions i bunch (sliced)
  • Green chilies 6
  • Sliced coriander ½ bunch
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak prawns in warm water for some time and then clean prawns thoroughly.

  2. In a cooking pot, heat oil and fry prawns.

  3. Now add finely sliced spring onions, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.

  4. Cover the pan and allow cooking on low flame.

  5. When prawns and onion dries up, add bunch finely sliced coriander and green chilies and stir briefly.

  6. Serve with plain rice.
