Rehsmi kebab are popular for its extra tender and extra creamy flavor and texture. But you are going to fall in love with the smoothness and tenderness of these reshmi kebab. Raw papaya, cream and dry milk together creates an exceptional taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Bread slices 2
  • Whole black pepper 4
  • Green cardamoms 6
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch (chopped)
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp (ground)
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp (roasted)
  • Dry milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Seekh kebab spice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind together roasted gram flour, cumin seeds, green cardamom, whole black pepper and poppy seeds.

  2. Take chicken mince in a bowl, bread slices and all the ground ingredients.

  3. Chop this mixture well in chopper.

  4. Now add in seekh kebab spice, dry milk powder, fresh cream, salt, chili powder, green chilies, mint leaves and raw papaya paste.

  5. Mix well and leave it for 20 minutes.

  6. Shape the mixture into seekh kebabs.

  7. Cook on a hot grilling pan while brushing with a little oil.

  8. Serve hot with onion rings and chutney.
