Ingredients

  • Mutton brain 3
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 cup (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Tomato 2 (chopped)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Ginger 1 tbsp (slice)

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash and remove veins from brain.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, fry chopped onion till light golden.

  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt, fry well till oil comes on top.

  4. Add brain, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Lastly add cream, allspice, coriander, green chilies and ginger.

  6. Serve with nan.
