Ingredients

  • Garlic paste of 1 bulb
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbs
  • Lemon Juice of 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Put the garlic paste in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice, add a little oil at a time and mix with spoon, until the oil is absorbed.

  2. Keep adding the oil until it runs out.

  3. Now add the mayonnaise and mix.

  4. Put in a jar and refrigerate.
