  • Fresh cottage cheese 250 grams
  • Dried whole milk 250 grams
  • Condensed milk 250 grams
  • Desiccated coconut 250 grams
  • Pistachios 125 grams
  • Screw pine few drops

Cooking Directions

  1. Roast half the desiccated coconut in a frying pan.

  2. Put whole dried milk, cottage cheese, condensed milk and screw pine drops in a chopper and combine well.

  3. Add roasted coconut in the chopper and mix well take the mixture out in a bowl.

  4. Keep this bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour this will harden the mixture and it will be easy to make ‘peray’ from it.

  5. Soak your hand and make medium sized ‘peray’ from the mixture.

  6. Put the remaining desiccated coconut in a plate and roll the ‘peray’ in it.

  7. Keep them in a serving plate.

  8. Delicious Bengali Peray are ready to be served.
