  • Chocolate 200 gm (crushed)
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Egg yolks 3
  • Cream 150 ml
  • Castor sugar 75 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Strawberry sauce as desired
  • Coco powder as desired

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix butter and chocolate in a pan on low flame until they melt.

  2. Then take off flame and cool it for a while.

  3. Add egg yolks in a bowl and beat with beater and add castor sugar and vanilla essence to it and mix well.

  4. Now mix in the melted butter and chocolate mixture. Beat well with beater.

  5. Then carefully add and mix the cream and turn into glass shape mold.

  6. Now freeze it for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

  7. Finally sprinkle coco powder and garnish with strawberry sauce and serve.
