  • Falsa 1 kg
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp heaped
  • Red pepper 1 tsp heaped (crushed)
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp (heaped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash falsa well, In a plastic bowl add falsa, sugar and salt, covered and leave it for overnight in the fridge.

  2. Mix together oil, mustard seeds, red pepper, turmeric, onion seeds and fennel seeds.

  3. Add to the falsa, mix well and pour in sterilized bottles.

  4. Use after 2 days.
