  • Potatoes 2 (boiled and mashed)
  • Eggs 5 (boiled)
  • Egg 2 (beaten)
  • Onion 4 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
  • Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Green chili 4 (chopped)
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mash hard boiled eggs.

  2. Now add to it boiled and mashed potato with all the rest onion, coriander leaves, crushed red chili, green chili, all spice, salt, and mix in the potato.

  3. Combine all, make into kababs, dip in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry.
