Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Curd 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Coriander Leaves to garnish
  • To Grind:
  • Small Cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cloves 4
  • Coriander Seeds ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, Turmeric.

  2. Grind cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.

  3. In a pan add the bayleaf, onions and saute, add little water so it doesn’t stick, then add potatoes and marinated chicken, saute and add tomato, let cook till done.

  4. Garnish with coriander chopped. Serve with boiled rice.
