Hot shots are somewhat like chicken nuggets. Only they are spicier and more flavorful, which qualifies them as HOT SHOTS.

  • Chicken breast ½ Kg
  • Rice ½ cup (boiled)
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Egg 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend chicken breast, rice, garlic paste, onion paste, red chili powder, salt and green chili in a blender.

  2. Now shape the mixture in hot shots.

  3. Dip these hot shots in beaten egg and then coat in bread crumbs.

  4. Shallow fry till golden and take out on absorbent paper.

  5. Delicious hot shots are ready to serve.
