Heat a wok till smoking point then add the oil.
Once the oil is hot add the garlic and beaten egg and cook for 2 minutes
Cook it until egg begins to take form, scramble it around and add the vegetables, toss around and add rice.
Now toss to mix everything well together and then season with salt, pepper, white pepper and soy sauce.
Cook for 2 minutes so all flavors combine well together.
Serve hot with a Chinese gravy.
