Ingredients

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Clarified butter as required
  • Onion ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Almond 50 gm
  • Coconut 50 gm
  • Kabab Chini 8
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Saffron as required
  • Mint and coriander as required
  • Poppy seeds 50 gm
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Green chili 4 (finely chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. First clean all the spices (almond, coconut, kabab chini, black cumin, saffron, mint, coriander leaves, poppy seeds, green cardamom and green chili) and roast on griddle.

  2. Then grind these spices in grinder.

  3. Now fine chop onions and fry in clarified butter and take it out.

  4. Then mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, spices and yogurt in mince for 20 minutes and keep aside.

  5. Then add clarified butter in big pan/wok and add brown onion and saffron.

  6. Then give simmer (dum) of coal for a while.

  7. Take it out in dish and serve with naan.
