Ingredients

  • Green chili chopped 8-10
  • Cabbage 1
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1-2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 12 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 3
  • Whole Chicken 1 kg (boiled, de-boned and shredded)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat some oil and stir fry chicken and keep aside.

  2. Finely chop green chili and cabbage and sauté.

  3. Add chili sauce, ketchup, soya sauce, salt, white pepper, sugar and chicken stock and boil.

  4. Then add fried chicken and simmer for a while.

  5. Whisk egg and pour in the soup while stirring to form threads.

  6. Dissolve corn flour in some water and add to the soup while stirring to thicken it.

  7. Serve hot.
