Ingredients

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Gram flour ½ cup
  • Cauliflower 1 flower
  • Carrot 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Green beans ½ cup
  • Potato 2
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili ½ tbsp (crushed)
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili 6
  • Curry leaves 6
  • For Baghar:
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Garlic clove 3
  • Green onion 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Red chili 8 (whole)
  • Fenugreek seed ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 bunch

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl take yogurt and 3 cups water and mix.

  2. Dissolve gram flour in water and slowly add in yogurt and mix.

  3. In a pan take 2 - 4 tbsp oil and fry all the vegetables.

  4. In a skillet heat oil, put garlic ginger paste, turmeric, red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves, white vinegar and salt in it.

  5. Slightly sauté this mixture and add yogurt and flour mixture in it.

  6. Then add fried vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.

  7. For Baghar: In a pan take oil and put garlic cloves, green onions, curry leafs, whole red chilies, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and white cumin in it and prepare seasoning.

  8. Garnish coriander and give baghar.
