Hung yogurt:
Spoon yoghurt into a piece of muslin and tie.
Hung it for a few hours till whey drips out.
Marinate and refrigerate chicken for an hour skewer.
Preheat oven to 170C Grill chicken for about 15 minutes.
Granish with coriander, onion and lemon wedges.
Serve with mint chutney and tandoor bread.
