This recipe is really good and really easy and very yummy nan khatais came as result
Sooo delicious. Easy to make!
Hey Sheena , please visit your dentist at the earliest...lol....
The khattaais came out nice. But the quantity of baking powder and soda is not right because i could taste a lot of it after eating and they were even affecting my tongue and teeth. Thats not good for your mouth at all. Please correct it. It should be only one tspoon of baking powder and only 1/4 baking soda even if needed. Or rather just skip it.
The recipe is awesome. I tried it today. What should have been added is that the ball are not going to take shape and hold together unless the pressed for at least a minute. The warmth of hands is going to melt the clarified butter and then they can be shaped in to balls and flattened. The khatais are going to come out of oven soft but will harden once they are cooled. Everything else is just fantastic.
