Ingredients

  • Water 10 cup
  • Kashmiri tea leaves 3 tbsp
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms crushed 6
  • Milk as desired
  • Sugar to taste
  • Few almonds and pistachios crushed

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil water for five minutes.

  2. Add tea leaves with soda and cook for 15 minutes. Add cardamoms.

  3. When water is reduced to half, add cold water of the same amount.

  4. Mix well till it turns pink in color.

  5. Cook again and add milk as desired.

  6. Serve with salt, sugar, almonds and pistachios.
