  • Mince meat Beef or Mutton 1 kg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Cumin seed ½ tsp (roasted)
  • Roasted coriander seeds ½ tbsp
  • Basmati rice ¼ cup (cooked)
  • Onion 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green chili 2 (finely chopped)
  • Green coriander leaves ½ bunch (finely chopped)
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp (roasted)
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 200 ml

Cooking Directions

  1. Take finely mince meat, add salt & pepper, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, red chili powder, crushed red chilies, roasted cumin seeds, roasted coriander seeds.

  2. And now add cooked basmati rice, roasted all spice powder, onion, green chilies, green coriander leaves & egg.

  3. Mix the ingredients together well, till the material is combined.

  4. Leave it for rest.

  5. Now make some amount of the mix mince, make sausages from your palm, do the same with the rest of the mince.

  6. Take a frying pan, put on the fire to get hot, put some oil in the pan, as the oil get hot, start putting the muthi kebab on the pan to fry.

  7. Fry on medium heat, fry from both sides, till they turn to golden brown color.

  8. Remove it from the pan.

  9. Serve with hot naans and green salad.
