  • (سوجی ایک پیالی (ہلکی بھنی ہوئی
  • زردے کا رنگ تھوڑا سا
  • چینی ڈیڑھ پیالی
  • (بادام، پستے حسب ضرورت ﴿اُبلے ہوئے
  • تازہ دودھ آدھی پیالی
  • لونگ چار عدد
  • چھوٹی الائچی چار عدد
  • چینی ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • تیل دو کھانے کے چمچ

  1. پہلے چھوٹی الائچی کو ایک چائے کا چمچ چینی کے ساتھ پیس لیں۔

  2. ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کرکے اس میں چھوٹی الائچی اور لونگ ڈال دیں۔

  3. جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو اس میں ڈیڑھ پیالی چینی، آدھی پیالی پانی اور زردے کا رنگ ڈال کر ہلکا سا پکائیں اور سوجی شامل کردیں۔

  4. اس کے بعد تازہ دودھ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔

  5. پھر تھالی میں نکال کر بادام اور پستے ڈال کر اوپر سے گارنش کردیں۔
