  • Ripe mangoes 1 kg
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Milk 500 gm
  • Crushed saffron 1/4 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind the sugar.

  2. Squeeze out all the juice from the mangoes.

  3. Chill the milk well.

  4. Strain out the mango juice through a thin muslin cloth.

  5. Add finely add ground sugar in it.

  6. Mix it with the cold milk.

  7. Add saffron. Refrigerate and serve cold.
