  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Lady fingers ½ kg
  • Green chili 3 (whole)
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice Powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Green chili 3 (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pan, take mutton.

  2. Add 2 cups hot water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, onion and oil.

  3. Cook it on a slow flame.

  4. Stir fry the lady fingers.

  5. When meat tenders, add in the fried lady fingers.

  6. Gradually add 2 cup hot water.

  7. When oil forms a layer, add salt, all spice powder, lemon’s juice, fresh coriander and chopped green chilies.

  8. Leave it to cook on a low flame.

  9. Serve hot Bhindi Gosht with nan.
