The most delicious spicy appetizer/snack. Spicy glossy buffalo wings are served with french fries and the most fascinating creamy garlic sauce. You can prepare the fries and buffalo wings in batches beforehand and freeze till you want to use.

  • For French Fries:
  • Potato 400 gm
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • For Buffalo Wings:
  • Chicken 12 wings
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Hot sauce ½ cup
  • Unsalted butter ¼ cup
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • Salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp or to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • For Creamy Garlic Dip:
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cheddar cream cheese ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. For French Fries: Cut the potatoes into french fries.

  2. Bring a pot of salted water to boil.

  3. Add the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.

  4. Remove and soak the potatoes in ice cold water for 10 minutes at room temperature.

  5. Drain well and pat dry with paper towel.

  6. Now freeze the fries to use later.

  7. Before serving fries, heat cooking oil to a temperature of 365 degrees.

  8. Slowly add the potatoes to the pan and fry them on both sides until slightly golden on the edges.

  9. Immediately remove from the oil and place them on paper towel to drain any excess oil.

  10. Always serve freshly fried french fries within ten minutes for best taste.

  11. For Buffalo Wings: Put butter in a saucepan along with hot sauce, black pepper and garlic powder.

  12. Heat these ingredients over low heat, stirring until the sauce is even and thick.

  13. Once the sauce is done, remove it from the burner and set it aside.

  14. In a big mixing bowl, sift together all purpose baking flour, hot cayenne pepper ( red chili powder) and salt.

  15. Now evenly coat your chicken wings in breading base and then set them in a dish.

  16. Place the dish into the refrigerator and let the breaded chicken chill for at least one hour.

  17. Once chilled, fry the chicken wings in the hot oil for roughly 15 minutes, or until the chicken is crisp and golden.

  18. When chicken is cooked, coat each wing in the hot sauce mixture and served with creamy garlic dip and french fries.

  19. For Creamy Garlic Dip: Beat all the dip ingredients together in small mixing bowl until well blended.

  20. Chill and serve with buffalo wings and french fries.
