A wonderful filling recipe of stuffed parathas. A mince mixture and fried egg is stuffed in flat breads and fried in ghee.

Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onions (chopped) 2
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 250 gm
  • Eggs 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee as needed

Cooking Directions

  1. Knead dough of flour and water.

  2. Fry mince in 4 tbsp of oil and cook till dry.

  3. Fry each egg separately on both sides and season with salt.

  4. Take one ball of the dough and roll into a round shape, spread a thin layer of mince and put a fried egg on top of it.

  5. Close all sides. Roll out gently.

  6. Fry on a griddle using ghee on both sides.
