  • Vermicelli 200 gm
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup or to taste
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Nuts ½ cup (fried)
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil milk in a pan.

  2. Add vermicelli and cook when half done add sugar.

  3. Stir, add nuts and cardamom powder.

  4. When it comes to your desired consistency, add butter and remove from heat after one minute.

  5. Transfer in a bowl, garnish with nuts.

  6. Serve hot or cold.
