Ingredients

  • Milk ½ liter
  • Milk solid ½ kg
  • Dry fruits ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Kewra essences few drops
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Rice 5 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak rice in water for 30 to 45 minutes.

  2. Now strain it and blend it in a blender.

  3. Now take a microwave proof mixing bowl and put milk, rice, milk solid, sugar, cardamom powder and kewra essence and mix it well.

  4. Put bowl in microwave and on 100% cook for 20 minutes and between that stir it 2 to 3 times to mix well.

  5. In the end dish it out and garnish it with dry fruits.
