  • Butter 100 gm
  • Sweet biscuits 250gm
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Golden syrup 1 tbsp
  • Banana 4 (sliced)
  • Cream 1, ½ cups (whipped)
  • Chocolate 50 gm (melted)

Cooking Directions

  1. Crush biscuits in a food processor.

  2. Put condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan.

  3. Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes until it boils and thickens and turns into a light caramel colour.

  4. Cool slightly.

  5. Set crush biscuits in a bowl as a base, then arrange half bananas on it and pour caramel over it.

  6. Smooth the surface and chill for 30 minutes.

  7. Cover with whipped cream and arrange the remaining bananas over the top.

  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
