  • Chicken boneless 750 gm
  • Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger julian's 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • Kata kat masala 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cook chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt and onion with 1/4 cup of water at griddle (Tawa).

  2. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Now add tomatoes, julianed ginger, chili powder and green chilies.

  4. Again cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add ghee, yogurt, coriander leaves, kata kat spice and dry fenugreek leaves.

  6. Cover with lid and let it cook at a slow flame till oil comes up.

  7. Serve hot with naan.
