  • بند گوبھی آدھی
  • ہرا دھنیا ¼ گڈی
  • مرغی 250 گرام بغیر ہڈی
  • نمک حسبِ ضرورت
  • چینی ا چائے کا چمچ
  • کالی مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • سویا سوس 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • تیل تلنے کے لیۓ
  • انڈا 1
  • مانڈہ پٹی 12

  1. گرم پین میں آئل ڈالیں اور چکن کے ساتھ تمام سبزیاں ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں۔

  2. اس کو ایک پیالے میں نکال کر اس پیالے میں کالی مرچ سویا سوس نمک اور چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

  3. اب ماندہ پٹی پھیلائیں فلنگ رکھ کر انڈے کی مدد سے بند کر لیں۔

  4. پین میں تیل ڈال کر رولز کو فرائی کرلیں اور گارلک یا مایو ڈپ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

  5. مزیدار ایگ رولز تیار ہیں۔
