Soak plums in 2 cups of water.
Take a pan add sugar.
Put half cup of water from the water that the dried plums have been soaking in to the sugar.,make sheera.
When sugar is melted add plums with 1 and half cup of water.
Cook until desired thickness.
In last add melon seeds, cardmom pwder, red edible food colour .
Aloo bukhara chutney is ready to serve.
