Ingredients

  • Cream 2 packets
  • Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Banana 4
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Grapes 1 cup
  • Mango 1
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • For Caramel Crunch:
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almond 25 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat cream with castor sugar and vanilla essence.

  2. Now cut all the fruits in cubes and add into the cream mixture.

  3. Separately cook jelly in 2 cups of water, leave it to set and then cut into pieces.

  4. To make caramel, cook sugar with almonds till it melts and turn golden in color.

  5. Pour this mixture in a greased oven proof tray, when it is cool and firm, crush it and spread it on top of fruit chaat.
