  • Chickpeas/Safaid chana 250 gms
  • Garlic cloves 3-4
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies 2
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Soda 3-4 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil and grind grams.

  2. Put garlic cloves, parsley, coriander leaves, green chillies, flour, soda, cumin seed, whole coriander, salt and black pepper.

  3. Mix all spices and grind grams more.

  4. Now make pattie/kabab of this mixture.

  5. Heat oil and fry falafal is ready to serve.
