Chicken Cutlets are easy to make and delicious, the crispy coating of breadcrumbs really is a delight for any child or adult to eat. Serve this with potato mash or chips along with your favourite salad for a complete fulfilling meal.

  • Chicken breast 2,flattened
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2,beaten
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp,leveled
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Make chicken pieces thin or flattened with steak hammer

  2. Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,green chillies,lemon juice,red chilli powder,black pepper and salt for 10 min  for a while.

  3. Now dip the cutluts in beaten eggs then roll on bread crumbs and fry till golden.

  4. While frying the cutlets put some beaten eggs over it .

  5. Fry only one cutlet at a time.

  6. Serve with french fries and chilli sauce.
